Moving along, 'G' is often linked with the colour green. Green, like 'G', signifies growth, harmony, and nature. It's refreshing and calming, reflecting the balance and stability that this letter is said to bring in various alphabets and belief systems.

The nature of 'A'

In the context of colour psychology, red is seen as a powerful and dynamic colour. It stimulates energy and excitement, making it a popular choice for brands aiming to evoke feelings of urgency, desire, or importance. Apple iPhones, for instance, often use red in their marketing campaigns to capitalise on these emotive qualities.

Additionally, 'A' marks the beginning in the alphabet, much like how red is the first colour of the visible spectrum. This correlation is not lost in languages like Chinese, where '一' (yī), the character for 'one', is written in red.

The balance of 'G'

Green, on the other hand, is a colour of balance and equilibrium. It encourages us to relax and breathe deeply, making it a favoured choice in design for creating a sense of calm and tranquility. The environmental movement has also co-opted green to represent their cause, highlighting the interdependence of life and nature.
